Care Instructions

Down & Feather Pillow:

• Washing: We recommend partial hand washing only in water no warmer than 40°C. Dissolve detergent completely before washing. Machine washing will reduce the integrity of the shell and shorten the product's lifespan.
• Bleaching: Do not use bleach, as it will make the natural feathers brittle.
• Drying: Tumble dry at temperatures up to 60°C, and finish with a cool air cycle until completely dry.
• Ironing & Dry Cleaning: Do not iron or dry clean. Dry cleaning agents can cause irreparable damage to the natural proteins in the feathers.
• Storage: Store in a dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and moisture to prevent mold and mildew.

 

Feather-Free Microgel Pillow:

• Washing: We recommend partial hand washing only in water no warmer than 40°C. Dissolve detergent completely before washing, then rinse thoroughly and dry immediately.
  
• Bleaching: Do not use bleach.
  Drying: Tumble dry at temperatures up to 60°C, and finish with a cool air cycle after it is 80% dry.
  
• Ironing & Dry Cleaning: Do not iron or dry clean.
  
• Storage: Store in a dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and moisture to prevent mold and mildew.
